I'VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER; CAN I CHANGE IT?
No. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details like changing sizes or colours, adding products, or altering your shipping address, or shipping method.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We will ship your order as quickly as our team possibly can. You will receive an email notification of your tracking number once it has been assigned to your order (Note: this does not mean that it is guaranteed to catch that afternoon's courier pickup; so your order might be shipped the next working day).
Please allow extra time for deliveries during the busiest period of the year and understand that delivery times might be extended.
